At Kpop Exchange, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy before making a purchase.


📌 Order Confirmation

✔ Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.
✔ We will then confirm with our suppliers that the item is in stock and ready for shipment.
✔ If any item is out of stock, we will void the charge and notify you via email.


📦 Order Shipment

✔ Once your order is processed, it will ship within 4 to 7 business days.
✔ Some orders may take up to 10 business days depending on stock availability.
✔ You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

📌 If you cannot find your tracking number, please email us at support@kpop.exchange with your order number for assistance.


🚚 Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and shipping method:

USA (USPS/UPS): 3 to 10 business days
International (DHL/UPS): 4 to 12 business days
Standard Registered Mail: 3 to 6 weeks

📌 Please note:
✔ Shipping times are estimates and depend on factors like customs clearance, local courier delays, and peak seasons.
✔ If it has been over 6 weeks, and your order is still in transit, please email support@kpop.exchange for assistance.


📦 Multiple Shipments

✔ Some items ship from different fulfillment centers, so you may receive multiple packages.
No extra shipping fee will be charged for split shipments.


📌 Returns & Refunds

🔄 Refund Method – Store Credit (Gift Cards) as Default Option

✔ Refunds are issued as store credit (Gift Cards) by default.
✔ If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you must request it before the store credit is issued.

📌 Refunds to the original payment method will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take 5-10 business days to process.


📍 Return Eligibility

✔ You may return an unopened and unused item within 14 days of purchase for a refund in store credit.
✔ The item must be in its original packaging (plastic shrink wrap/seal must be intact).

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
🚫 Clothing, footwear, jewelry, plush figures, hair accessories, cosmetics, and beauty products.
🚫 Opened albums, DVDs, light sticks, and electronics.

📌 Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

🔹 How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@kpop.exchange with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
A photo of the unopened/sealed merchandise
The reason for return

📌 Once approved, your refund will be issued as a Kpop Exchange Gift Card unless you request a refund to your original payment method before processing.


📦 Return Shipping

✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
✔ If the return is due to a Kpop Exchange error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
✔ Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.


📌 Refunds for Incorrect Shipping Address & Unclaimed Packages

✔ If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, we will refund the item’s price in store credit (Gift Card) only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
✔ If you want the item reshipped, you will need to cover the shipping cost again.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, a refund will not be issued.


⚠️ Chargeback & Dispute Policy

✔ Filing a chargeback after receiving store credit is considered fraudulent activity and may be disputed.
✔ Before issuing a refund, we will send a confirmation email requiring the customer to acknowledge and agree to receive store credit.

📌 If a chargeback is filed after a refund has already been processed as store credit, we reserve the right to provide proof to the bank, including:
✔ A copy of the Refund Policy the customer agreed to at checkout.
✔ Proof that the customer confirmed acceptance of store credit.
✔ A record of the issued store gift card and transaction details.


⏳ Refund Processing Time

✔ Store credit refunds (Gift Cards) will be issued within 2-5 business days after return approval.
✔ Refunds to the original payment method (if approved) may take 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


📢 Important Notes for International Orders

✔ International shipping may incur customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Double-check your cart and shipping information before placing your order to avoid cancellations or returns.
✔ If you request a return, you will be responsible for:

  • Round-trip shipping fees
  • Possible customs fees
