>SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATE<

As a Seasonal Sales Associate you are a music and collectible enthusiast who’s great at sales with providing outstanding customer service and creating social media content.

At Kpop Exchange, we’re excited to offer a unique opportunity to turn your passion for music and collectibles into a rewarding role. We’re hiring 1-2 Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team at our Aurora, CO retail location on S. Havana Street.

In this role, you’ll help create a friendly, engaging atmosphere for our customers. Drawing on your knowledge of music and collectibles, you’ll offer personalized recommendations and ensure a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience. You’ll play an important part in maintaining the look and feel of the store through thoughtful product displays and attention to detail.

Since social media is central to our brand, every team member contributes to video content creation. You’ll help highlight key products and keep an eye out for ways we can fine-tune our selection to better serve our customers.

Your enthusiasm for connecting with customers and creating a positive experience will make our store a place people look forward to visiting. From setting up displays to assisting with in-store events, this role offers plenty of opportunities to show initiative and share your love for music and collectibles.

Required Hours:
Must not be affected by school schedule

Duration: 15-30 hours per week, from now through January, with strong potential to extend to a part-time role based on performance.
Work Shift: TBD (please send us your availability).
Availability: Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and upcoming holidays.

You should apply if you fit the following:

Passionate music listener and knowledgeable about music and collectibles, bonus if it’s Korean Pop culture and music.
Experience working in a retail and sales environment.
Own vehicle required to travel to transfer merchandise daily from our online store warehouse in Commerce City to the retail store.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong work ethic.
Proactive, independent, and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Energized by working in an ever-changing environment
Active on social media and comfortable creating and appearing in Reels and TikToks during downtime in the store.
Proven experience working with remote management team
Willing to jump in and help in other areas of the company
Able to lift 40 lbs (think: carrying a big stack of albums!).

>OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE<

At Kpop Exchange, we’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive individual to join our growing team as an Operations Associate. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a collectibles or music retail setting and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our store runs smoothly. From managing inventory and fulfilling orders to supporting events and creating engaging social media content, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations. Whether you’re helping customers in-store or behind the scenes organizing shipments, your attention to detail and enthusiasm will make a big impact.

What You’ll Do:

Process and fulfill online and in-store orders for customers worldwide.
Support daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming shopping experience.
Organize and manage inventory, including unpacking shipments and preparing merchandise for display and shipment.
Assist with in-store merchandising and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Help set up and take down events, creating immersive experiences for customers.
Contribute to TikTok and Instagram Reels to showcase key products and highlight the store experience.
Engage with local community events, pop-ups, and promotions to connect with customers.
Provide flexible support during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and special promotions.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 1+ years of experience in office, retail, or warehouse settings, with a focus on customer support.
Are detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Are tech-savvy and comfortable using inventory software, databases, and shipping processes.
Enjoy connecting with customers and providing excellent service, whether in-store or online.
Are familiar with creating social media content (bonus points if you’ve worked with TikTok or Reels).
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional merchandise transfers).
Live in the Denver metro area and are flexible with evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules.
