Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the rare instance the item is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 4 to 7 business days from the date of your order. On occasions it may take up to 10 business days. Once shipped, the tracking will update on the order status page. Orders placed after November 14, 2020 will receive shipment notifications through AfterShip. If you cannot find the order status page or the tracking number, feel free to follow up with us at hello@kpop.exchange and please include your order number in the email to expedite the process.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time are estimated and are displayed on each product page. Because we have multiple shipments daily and the courier process is out of hand, it may take a while (can be up to 1 month to arrive) to receive your parcel. On occasions it may take 6 weeks. If it has been over 6 weeks and the item is still in the country of origin, please send an email to hello@kpop.exchange with your order number and email used to place the order and I will fully refund your order.
Damages:
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us by sending photos to hello@kpop.exchange, and we’ll give you a full refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us unless it's a Kpop Lightstick.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
