ENHYPEN Official Light Stick

The Enhypen Light stick is one of the coolest kpop lightsticks and has a bunch of amazingfeatures.

The Enhypen lightstick features a silver handle with the logo of the group, with a round transparent bulb with a light up core inside. On the handle, you'll see two buttons, and on the upper part, below the globe, you'll see the group's name. The first button is a switch which you must hold down for 1.5 seconds to turn on and it serve as a color changer. The second button controls the flicker, and turns on the Aurora mode. To activate Bluetooth, press and hold down both buttons and connect the Enhypen lightstick to your device from there.

The Enhypen light stick can work in 2 light modes - Basic and Aurora, and 2 flicker modes - slow, normal and quick. The Enhypen lightstick can product the light in 7 different colors in Basic modeincluding blue, light blue, purple, orange, red, yellow and green. Utilizing Bluetooth, the app will allow you to select any color you like through a color picker wheel and set the brightness. The Enhypen light stick can also be transformed into a projector with which you can project the Enhypen logo on the wall or other surface. The logo can be projected using three light modeswhite, color and multi-color. The Enhypen light stick is powered by 3 AAA batteries, which are hidden in a compartment in a lower part of the handle.

The Enhypen lightstick can be connected to the official app using Bluetooth. The app is currently available from both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app will allow you to pair your Enhypen light stick with your seat ahead of the concert, so that it can be controlled by a central control to create a sophisticated light effects, often during the performances of the group's songs.

📦 Multiple Shipments

✔ Some items ship from different fulfillment centers, so you may receive multiple packages.✔ No extra shipping fee will be charged for split shipments.

📌 Returns & Refunds

🔄 Refund Method – Store Credit (Gift Cards) as Default Option

✔ Refunds are issued as store credit (Gift Cards) by default.✔ If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you must request it before the store credit is issued.

📌 Refunds to the original payment method will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take 5-10 business days to process.

📍 Return Eligibility

✔ You may return an unopened and unused item within 14 days of purchase for a refund in store credit.✔ The item must be in its original packaging (plastic shrink wrap/seal must be intact).

❌ The following items cannot be returned or refunded:🚫 Clothing, footwear, jewelry, plush figures, hair accessories, cosmetics, and beauty products.🚫 Opened albums, DVDs, light sticks, and electronics.

📌 Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

🔹 How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@kpop.exchange with:✔ Your order number✔ The item(s) you wish to return✔ A photo of the unopened/sealed merchandise✔ The reason for return

📌 Once approved, your refund will be issued as a Kpop Exchange Gift Card unless you request a refund to your original payment method before processing.

📦 Return Shipping

✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.✔ If the return is due to a Kpop Exchange error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.✔ Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

📌 Refunds for Incorrect Shipping Address & Unclaimed Packages

✔ If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, we will refund the item’s price in store credit (Gift Card) only (shipping fees are non-refundable).✔ If you want the item reshipped, you will need to cover the shipping cost again.✔ If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, a refund will not be issued.

⚠️ Chargeback & Dispute Policy

✔ Filing a chargeback after receiving store credit is considered fraudulent activity and may be disputed.✔ Before issuing a refund, we will send a confirmation email requiring the customer to acknowledge and agree to receive store credit.

📌 If a chargeback is filed after a refund has already been processed as store credit, we reserve the right to provide proof to the bank, including:✔ A copy of the Refund Policy the customer agreed to at checkout.✔ Proof that the customer confirmed acceptance of store credit.✔ A record of the issued store gift card and transaction details.

⏳ Refund Processing Time

✔ Store credit refunds (Gift Cards) will be issued within 2-5 business days after return approval.✔ Refunds to the original payment method (if approved) may take 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

📢 Important Notes for International Orders
